Privacy notice
How HRPortal.ai handles website, account and customer-controlled workforce information.
Effective date: 28 August 2026. This notice describes product-level practices. Customer agreements and applicable law control where they impose additional requirements.
What we collect
Marketing site: your form submissions (name, work email, company, country, team size, message). Product: employee records you upload as a controller, and telemetry needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, run the service you contract for, and improve HRPortal.ai. We do not sell personal data.
Customer workforce data
Customers determine what employee data is placed in their workspace and why it is processed. HRPortal processes that information to provide configured services and follows the applicable customer agreement and documented instructions.
Retention and security
Retention, deletion, hosting and transfer requirements are confirmed for the customer scope. Access is limited through configured roles and sensitive operational activity is designed to remain reviewable.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection or portability. Employees should normally contact their employer first because the employer controls their workspace data.
