Public website and service-use terms. Signed customer agreements control enterprise subscriptions.
Effective date: 28 August 2026. By accessing HRPortal.ai, you agree to use the website and services lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Authorized use
You must have authority to submit information, maintain account security and use only the workspace and functions made available to your role. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or use HRPortal to violate another person's rights.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for workspace configuration, authorized users, lawful processing instructions and reviewing consequential HR, payroll and compliance actions before approval.
Service information
Public demonstrations and marketing materials describe representative capabilities. Enabled modules, countries, integrations, service levels and compliance responsibilities are those recorded in the applicable proposal and signed agreement.
Enterprise agreements
Paid subscriptions are governed by the executed order, master services agreement and any applicable data-processing or service-level terms. Those documents prevail if they conflict with this public page.
