Using Help in HRPortal

Open help for the screen you are on, search articles, follow a learning path and look up terms.

Help is available on every screen through the ? button. It opens a Help panel with the articles that explain the screen you are on first, so you do not need to search for them.

1. Select the ? button.
2. Read the articles suggested for the current screen, or type in the search box to find any article.
3. Use Open this screen in an article to go straight to the screen it describes.
4. Choose a learning path for your role to work through the basics in order.
5. Ask HR AI a question in your own words if you cannot find what you need.

Some terms on screen are underlined with a dotted line. Hover over the term, or move to it with the keyboard, to see a short plain-language definition from the glossary.

Help explains how HRPortal works. For questions about your own leave, pay or records, use Me → Requests or contact your HR team.
